How to Apply:
Every February, PSA conducts a month long application and hiring process to fill manager spots for graduating seniors. A month? Okay, maybe 19/29ths of a month - a little taste of the real world right in the Orange Bubble. Here's what to expect...
The Application Process:

1st Round: Interested students are encouraged to look through this site, attend the PSA Information Session, and complete a general application.
Learn about the program - current openings, what to expect, time commitments. Talk with current student managers about their experiences. (Yes, yes, of course we feed you.)

2nd Round: Selected applicants will be notified by email to submit a Business Plan and Budget. Now don't get all hot and bothered, we'll give you examples and instructions!

3rd Round: A few lucky fellows will be asked to come in at the end of February for interviews to talk about their ideas. All hires will be made by early March. Manager terms are for one year and start in April. (That's when you learn the secret hand shake.

Most manager positions require no previous agency experience. Customer service and enthusiasm are key assets. You also should be well organized and detail oriented. But hey, of course you are, you're a Tiger!
