Customer Agreement

At Ring & Frame, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a cancellation or return is necessary. Please note the following: 

Cancellations: Should you decide to cancel the order within 48 hours, we will provide a full refund, provided an email stating your desire to cancel the order has been sent to [email protected] within the 48-hour time frame. For any cancellations beyond this time frame, please see below for conditions of return. 

Returns not due to item defect: Should you decide to return a product for reasons other than a defect, please be aware that the return shipping costs and associated logistics will be the sole responsibility of the customer. Additionally, a nominal restocking fee of 50 USD will be applied to cover administrative and handling expenses.

Defective products: In the unfortunate event that you receive a defective product, rest assured that we are here to assist you. Our partnered merchant will cover the cost of return shipping, ensuring that you are not inconvenienced further.
